About Us




Craig, a chef with over 25 years experience was working for many years as a head chef in a variety of Sydney restaurants.

Together, Ann & Craig made the tree change looking for an opportunity to live and work in a more sustainable,healthier & slower way. The move to the farm allowed Craig & Ann to be involved in the growing & harvesting of their own produce.

The freshly grown produce, is used by Craig each Sunday at the Newcastle Farmers Market, where you can sample our delicious breakfast & lunch menu.
